About Ashlee
Ashlee Harnum grew up between New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine before eventually settling in New Hampshire in her early twenties. She earned her associate’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University, followed by her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from New England College, where she also completed her MBA in Strategic Leadership.
Ashlee’s career began at the administrative level, first as a receptionist and later as an administrative assistant, where she developed a firsthand understanding of how businesses operate behind the scenes. As her experience and responsibilities grew, so did her understanding of the many moving parts that keep a business running. Over time, she advanced into executive leadership, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer, overseeing business operations while remaining closely involved in human resources, financial management, and organizational development.
Having built her career from the ground up, Ashlee brings a well-rounded understanding of nearly every aspect of business, from day-to-day operations and bookkeeping to strategic planning and executive leadership. Along the way, she found her niche in fractional operations, financial organization, process improvement, and helping businesses streamline their internal processes to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Ashlee brings a practical, people-focused approach to business, with a strong understanding of both the financial and operational challenges business owners face.
